1. Services Offered

Cosmicraft Labs provides services including but not limited to:

  • Mobile application development (Android / iOS)

  • SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms

  • API integrations and automation solutions

  • 3D printing services and prototyping

All services will be delivered as per the agreed proposal, quotation, or written communication.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Pricing will be defined in the project quotation or agreement.

  • Any additional features or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Cosmicraft Labs are strictly non-refundable.

Once payment has been received and the project has been initiated, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Change in business plans

  • Delay caused by the client

  • Failure to provide required materials or approvals

  • Discontinuation of the project by the client

  • Dissatisfaction after development has begun

By making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

4. Project Execution

  • Work begins only after payment confirmation.

  • Clients must provide all required content, credentials, and materials on time.

  • Delays caused by the client will affect delivery timelines and do not qualify for refunds.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the agreement.

  • Additional revisions or changes beyond scope will be chargeable.

6. Delivery & Timelines

  • Estimated timelines will be shared at the start of the project.

  • Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

  • Delays due to third-party services or client-side issues are not the responsibility of Cosmicraft Labs.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers

  • Payment gateways

  • APIs and external platforms

Important notes:

  • Third-party costs are not included unless specified.

  • We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or policies of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client only if stated in the agreement.

  • Cosmicraft Labs retains the right to reuse generic code, frameworks, and non-confidential components.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

9. 3D Printing Services

  • Clients must ensure they have legal rights to the designs submitted for printing.

  • We are not responsible for intellectual property violations in client-provided designs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any print request that violates laws or safety standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cosmicraft Labs shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Issues arising from third-party tools or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

11. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client violates these Terms.

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.

12. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
